❌ All Sales Are Final

Because MXCopy is a digital software product, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

💬 Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following rare cases:

You made a duplicate purchase in error
You were unable to download the software and support could not resolve it
You have not yet downloaded or activated the product

To request a refund under one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

⚠️ No Refunds for Compatibility or Misuse

Please note:

We do not offer refunds if MXCopy is incompatible with your hosting provider or if the software is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
We encourage you to review the product description and test with the trial version before purchasing.
